We recently stayed for the dine experience at the Kin Kin Hotel and it was honestly a 10/10 experience. For about 15 hours it felt like complete escapism. We didn’t have to think about anything — just relax, switch off and enjoy being looked after. The seven-course degustation was exquisite. Each dish came with its own story, and you could really feel the connection to their farm-to-table philosophy. It was such a beautiful dining experience. The staff were exceptional — incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. It was also a highlight having the head chef visit our table to talk about the food and the inspiration behind the menu. That personal touch made the evening even more special. The accommodation is quaint and comfortable. We were really only there to sleep, so it suited us perfectly. Just something for guests to note: there aren’t individual bathrooms in each room, but it didn’t impact our stay at all — we had everything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included the next morning, with sourdough breads, pastries and a lovely farmhouse-style breakfast to start the day. Unfortunately it rained all weekend, so we missed out on enjoying the outdoor fire pit area where appetisers and cocktails are usually served, which would have been amazing. That just gives us a reason to come back. We’re already looking forward to returning when the menu changes — perhaps in winter by the fire, which I imagine would be beautiful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $200+

Amazing, innovative, seasonal, share plate menu with matching interesting wine list. Don’t go here if you’re looking for traditional pub meals - don’t whinge and go somewhere ordinary!

A beautiful 40 minute drive from Noosa and we arrived at The Kin Kin Pub
Wow what a fabulous renovation and wait there is more to come. The Chop House is going to open later in the year out the back.
The owners have impeccable taste so it won’t disappoint.
We loved the share menu today and particularly enjoyed the Miso Steak .
It isn’t everyday pub food which is great and every small plate tantalises your tastebuds
The pub has a great atmosphere as well and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
