Usually this location is fantastic, however, today was amazingly horrible. The lady, dark hair, glasses, perhaps in her 50's, put cheddar on my daughter's ceasar crepe and she didn't ask for it. When we asked her to remove the cheddar she didn't want to because it would be a waste and she wanted us to pay for it!!! Unbelievable! We visit this location about once a week but will never come back after this. For the owners: you may want to conduct a mystery shop on your employees from time to time, as the level of rudeness we encountered today was truly appalling. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

From the moment we stepped in like, I was greeted with warm smiles and with genuine enthusiasm. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by their talented staff member, Kennedy. Kennedy's dedication to ensuring every customer has a delightful dining experience was evident from the get-go. Throughout my visit, Kennedy continued to check on me to ensure I was satisfied, and he gladly addressed any additional requests I had. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his customers' happiness and went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable.
