Approx the 4th time we been here and did not disappoint. We were sitting outside and only 1 bite into our plate, a June bug landed in the food. We let the waitress know and they remade the dish for us, even when it wasn't their fault! Best customer service and yummy food! Meal type: Lunch

This is a cute hidden gem in Canyon Crest! Breakfast was delicious especially their pancake, but be aware that they are huge! Enough to share with your table group! Pancake Combo was good! Meal type: Breakfast

I need to address the experience I just had at crest cafe because it honestly was not okay. I placed a to-go order and was very clear about what I wanted extra carrots and extra gravy. I waited about 20 minutes, which was already a bit much for a simple order. When my food finally came out, I checked it right there and there was nothing “extra” about it at all. When I brought it up to the employee, she told me that what I received was considered “extra.” That made no sense. So I asked her if I needed to pay for extra or if there was some kind of misunderstanding, and instead of helping me, she brushed me off and said she was “kind of busy.” Meanwhile, she clearly was not busy. That response was rude and dismissive. I’m a paying customer, and I should not have to argue just to get what I ordered. It felt like my concern didn’t matter enough for her to fix her mistake, and that’s a problem. I will be calling to speak with a manager as well, but I wanted this on record. Customer service like that is unacceptable, and employees who treat people that way should not be representing your business. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
