We had such a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, knew the menu well, and gave us helpful recommendations. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, and the cocktails were just as enjoyable as the food. We couldn't skip dessert, and it turned out to be the perfect ending to the meal. This is definitely a place we'll choose again whenever we have something special to celebrate. What an incredible experience. My wife and I joined my in‑laws for dinner to honor the birthday of our late daughter, and Crown Block Dallas offered exactly the kind of peaceful, comforting atmosphere we hoped for. The food was excellent, the ambiance was calm and inviting, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely attentive. Our waiter, Danny, made the evening unforgettable. His kindness and empathy were evident from the moment he approached our table. Although we hadn’t shared the reason for our visit, he had read the note on our reservation and quietly chose to pay for our dessert and champagne himself before offering a gentle, heartfelt expression of sympathy. It was a small gesture carried out with remarkable care, and it meant more to us than he could have known. We were extremely touched. At the end of the meal , one of the managers named Chris gave us his card and welcomed us back any time. If you visit Crown Block Dallas, ask for Danny. You’ll be in the hands of someone who elevates the entire dining experience through his presence alone. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and hospitality—we will certainly be returning.
