if i could rate this place 0 TRUST I WOULD!!! i went last night (8/5/26 at 10:15ish pm) and order a one scoop dish with cheese cake wild cherry’s and salted caramel, i have ordered this multiple times like at least twice a week.. i went to take a bite and there was peanut butter inside ( i am very allergic to all types of peanut's) i take the ice cream back and asked for a new one because this one had recess peanut butter inside- once i got to the window this young lady worker asked “are you really allergic to peanut or you just want another one because this is something serious” she then proceeded to rant to me how everything is CROSSED CONTAMINATED and how next time to be more specific on what should be put in my ice cream. Love the veggie burger! Great service and offered us pup cups when they saw our dogs. Staff was really friendly and food was picture perfect. Thank you! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I visited the Elgin Culver’s on Saturday, February 7, 2026. I am an avid fan of Culver’s and I have visited 45 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Kentucky and Florida. The food was excellent and the service was quick. I definitely recommend the ice cream and the chicken. 5/5 I will definitely be back very soon.
