Had dinner at Ristorante Da Gabriele during my trip to Rome, and everything was absolutely outstanding. From the warm Italian atmosphere to the attentive service, the whole experience felt authentic and memorable. The Carbonara pasta was simply phenomenal — creamy, rich in flavor, and prepared in true Roman style. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and paired with a good Italian white wine, it made for a perfect dinner. A truly special place, even visited by celebrities, yet it still keeps that genuine Roman charm. If you’re in Rome and want to try a real Carbonara, this restaurant is definitely worth visiting.
