So disappointed. Ordered 2 takeout orders of haddock and chips. Haddock was so oily it was yellow, and batter was soft and mushy. Gravy consistency was like water. Not worth the price. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 2

Decent fish and chips spot. The Halibut was much better than the cod. Fries and Onion rings were a bit soggy. Was disappointed to get only 1 vinegar packet and tarter sauce in packet. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I must admit, I was hesitant to come after they changed from Danny’s But I’m glad I came in to try their halibut and chips. The halibut was huge, crispy and flavourful. Well done Mary’s fish and chips. I will even venture to say it was better than Danny’s (the previous owners). I thoroughly enjoyed my meal And I will definitely be back again when I am in the area. Price wise, it was on the high end for 2 orders but then again where can you find a cheap fish and chips shop nowadays. It was still well worth it as the size of the Halibut and quality of the meal was overly satisfying. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
