Gotta say, this was the best food I had during our visit to Braşov! We shared a bottle of wine and the servers were very friendly and helpful for us to pick which wine we like the most. After 3 days in a row with not-so-good food in Braşov, I was not expecting for anything good from here. But I was so surprised, my meal was SO SO SO gooooodddd! Now I understand why it so hard to get a seats. We have to put in reservations for 6 people 2 days before. The restaurant is very nice. The staff is friendly. The food is okay. The pasta was amazig quality but the ragu was completly over salted. As many people including my friends were satisfied with the food i asume it was just a mistake with the ragu that day, but i felt i am eating just salt. Due to the busyness of the restaurant i was told i should make a reservation for the next day, I'm glad I did. We had the porccini pasta, the shrimp pesto pasta and the duck leg with puree. The service was pretty quick considering how busy it was and the hostess was nice. The food was fillng, fresh and homey. The pastas were both very good, the sauce was tasty and well seasoned and the pasta was cooked al dente. The highlight of the dinner was the duck. It was very tender and juicy. And the skin on top was filled with flavor. I'm really curious about the cooking process, maybe the cook can share the secrets with me privately . The dessert we had the tiramisu which was pretty good and had a very nice texture, yet my woman makes a better tasting tiramisu, as this one was a bit too sweet for my taste, yet it was good.
