First they didn't know that a frappuccino is supposed to be sweet then they made me wait for like half an hour for only a hot chocolate and when I went to ask why they told me that they forgot about my order. They're extremely rude and have no respect for costumers. If you want to go somewhere to drink some coffee and relax, I wouldn't suggest delestan.
