Diandra Restaurant offers a refreshing take on Roman dining by blending the bold, rustic flavors of Sardinia with the timeless traditions of Rome. From the first step inside, the atmosphere feels relaxed and welcoming—casual yet full of character. It’s the kind of place where locals and travelers alike settle in comfortably, drawn by the promise of honest food and genuine hospitality. What makes Diandra stand out is its unique culinary identity. The menu bridges two rich traditions: you might find classic Roman staples alongside Sardinian specialties, creating a mix that feels both surprising and harmonious. Think deeply flavored sauces, fresh handmade pasta, and dishes that highlight the island’s love for seafood and robust ingredients. The result is food that feels authentic rather than experimental—rooted in heritage but open to subtle fusion. The Sardinian influence adds a distinctive touch, bringing in earthy, coastal flavors that complement the heartier Roman style. It’s a combination that works beautifully, offering something a little different without losing its Italian soul. Service is warm and attentive, with a personal approach that makes the experience feel more like dining among friends than at a formal restaurant. Diandra isn’t just about eating—it’s about experiencing two culinary worlds on one table. For anyone curious about authentic Sardinian flavors woven into Roman cuisine, this spot is a memorable find. The best restaurant we went to in Rome! I’ve been a couple of times to the city and this by far has been my favorite place, stumbled upon it by accident and could not have been happier. The food was immaculate, service impeccable (thank you Alessio) and atmosphere lovely. The red prawn carpaccio is a MUST! And seriously, some of the best service we’ve ever had. Could not recommend more! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely the best meals we had in Rome! Food was perfectly cooked and the service, exceptional! Alessi was a star - remembering all the dietary restrictions from our first visit (yes, it was that good that we returned after 3 days!) and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. A terrific experience and definitely worth a return visit on our next trip to Rome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
