There’s not much to say about Mediterranean fare that hasn’t been said before. With that in mind, Dizengoff’s hummus was one of the best I’ve ever tried. Smooth and silky, not overpowered by any flavor. Located a couple of blocks from city hall, this Bib Gourmand restaurant has a warm and bright atmosphere and good service. Everything felt fresh and prepared with care. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a semi professional hummusapien I can attest that Mr. Solomonov serves one of, if not the, best Hummus outside Israel. Some of his creations have a twist and I wasn't brave enough to try the Turkish hummus. Pictured here arre the Hummus Yerushalmi and Hummus Resek options, plus a platter of the Lamb Kofte. Fresh locally baked pita for the win. Kol Hakavod Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Thank you, Adi, for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our hummus and the Lamb Kofte. It sounds like you had a fantastic spread! We're always here to encourage visitors to step out of their comfort zone, so we hope you'll give that Turkish hummus a try next time or when the heat is less intense. Looking forward to welcoming you back soon!
