Michelin selection.

A stalwart of the city’s dining scene since 2011, Vedge is the creation of husband-and-wife team Richard Landau and Kate Jacoby and is housed in a charming Center City brownstone. It’s not unlike stepping into someone’s house; but someone who clearly has taste and considerable means as it’s a surprisingly large and elegant space divided up into different rooms... More info

Fantastic vegetarian restaurant in downtown Philadelphia. Plates can be shared or served as individual entrees. The food was delicious and my party kept ordering additional items off the menu. We particularly enjoyed the pretzel bread and the grilled tofu. Our server Matt was extremely attentive and answered questions about the ingredients in the dishes. Highly recommend this place. We managed to get a walk in but a reservation is recommended. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, Miso Glazed Grilled Tofu Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Wow! It's difficult to decide which is better....the food, the service, or the building and decor. Michelin mentions are hard to obtain especially in the veg movement. They did it and it's evident in every bite. The food truly has layers and layers of flavor. Every item i ordered was as impressive as the prior. If you have the opportunity to secure a seat at the bar you hopefully will meet Matt who is so passionate about his craft and ensuring the customer has the experience they came for. His beverage creations inspired me to purchase the cocktail book created by the restaurant! Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

As always, amazing. Filling food. We did the tasting menu this time. It was my elderly mother’s first time. They were incredibly kind helping us take her in the back way via the elevator due to her inability to use the front stairs into the building. Our server, Jonathan and the other support staff were delightful. The food is mind-blowing. It’s our family’s favorite Birthday Dinner place. We come all the way from Delaware to eat here.
