Clients may order nicely cooked sausage pizza, sausages and vegetable pizza at this pizzeria. Food delivery is an important advantage of Domino's Pizza. Most reviewers mention that the staff is pleasant at this place. If you want to enjoy professional service, you should visit this place. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is peaceful. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Been with Dominos for YEARS. It's been our go-to with kids and stuff. Today was the last straw. Ordered two medium cheese pizzas for kids at the pool. Order was entered at 2:44pm. It's 3:22pm and it's still not here. I've been watching the driver go all over Allen for the last 15 minutes. Ridiculous. 40 minutes for two cheese pizzas on a Wed afternoon. Get your stuff together. The app even shows you're checking my order at 2:52pm when it left allegedly at 2:50pm. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a busy mom and a regular customer. I frequently order from this location via the online app because I can count on the pizza being delicious, hot, prepared fresh, and ready upon arrival. However, yesterday I was shocked and disappointed when I placed my online order and arrived to pick up pizza only to find that I was too late. The store was indeed closed. Though the app did not send a cancellation message or any indication that my order had been resended due to the pickup time being outside of the hours of operation. So when I quickly noticed two employees mopping the floor I began to knock on the window to get their attention. However, I was ignored. Cold, hungry, and distressed I decided to order dinner elsewhere and return today to, "get to the bottom of it." I planned to, "never order from this location again." But Cameron repaired our business relationship and turned my day around! Not only did she take time out of her schedule to the explain the store policy that governs the official closing time, she actually heard me. She made me feel seen as a neighbor and loyal customer. I was surprised that she even remembered my order and that she offered to remake it as well at no additional cost or (stress for me). Cameron did it all with kindness. Thank you. So, I would like to take an opportunity to recognize Cameron for her dedication and outstanding customer service delivery. Cameron's ability to politely provide professional responses to a self-admitted frustrated customer such as myself (sad to say) genuinely demonstrates her exceptional communication skills and her overall leadership capacity. Cameron is indeed an asset to the Domino's team. I am grateful for her service and and I appreciate the positive difference that she has made today! Kudos! This Allen location on Main Street is very good. The Princeton, Texas Dominos is about half as good. Don't go to Princeton for Domino's pizza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
