Drink machine was completely broken, got almost all of my meal wrong (only right thing was which chips I wanted), my daughter got no drink or apple sauce, my husband's sandwich was also completely wrong. The rude young man working without a nametags wouldn’t help me with a gift card and didn’t even offer the usual subway greeting, which bread or would you like it toasted.
