I love this Domino's because if the miss up or something is wrong the fix and getting it right my pizza and extra garlic butter I really appreciate you Gabby for great customer service in answer the phone she a nice young lady I want to thank y'all as well the cooks in the back for the l hard work and I love how y'all fix the pizza so good from Richmond tx 77407. I had a very disappointing experience ordering Domino’s through DoorDash. Before my order was marked as delivered, I called the store multiple times because I wanted to make sure the driver had the correct apartment location. Each time, I was told not to worry because, even though the app showed “delivered,” the driver was probably still completing the delivery. I waited outside for my order and never saw the driver or any Domino’s vehicle arrive. Despite my repeated calls, no one contacted the driver to let him know I was outside waiting. Eventually, I learned that my order had been delivered to the wrong apartment. What makes this even more frustrating is that my order required a PIN to complete the delivery. That PIN was never requested from me, yet the order was still marked as completed. The entire situation could have been avoided with better communication and by following the delivery verification process. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. I spent my time waiting outside, repeatedly calling for updates, and still never received my food. I expect better communication, better customer service, and proper adherence to the delivery verification procedures.
