Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s store today. I ordered a Cheese Deluxe Pizza and received a pizza that looked completely rushed and poorly prepared. The cheese was unevenly dumped, and the overall pizza wasn’t even cooked properly and carelessly made — nothing close to the quality I usually get from Domino’s. I regularly eat Domino’s and have ordered from many different stores before, but I have honestly never received a pizza in this condition. What made the experience even worse was the staff behaviour. When I politely went back and requested a remake, the staff rudely refused instead of trying to resolve the issue or even listening properly and told us do not order it again if you don’t like it. As a regular customer, I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand like Domino’s. Very disappointing experience overall. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this is not the standard customers pay for. This store honestly does not even deserve a single star, but unfortunately I have to give one star just to post this review. Food: 1 Service: 1

I ordered a Loaded Pepperoni Pizza from the Nedlands store tonight. However, when I picked it up, the pizza contained very few pepperoni toppings and clearly did not match the expected standard of a “Loaded Pepperoni Pizza.” I raised this concern with the store manager/owner at the time. He responded by saying that because I paid the Tuesday promotional price, I should expect a “discounted product.” I explained that I had ordered a Loaded Pepperoni Pizza, not a standard Pepperoni Pizza, and that promotional pricing should not affect the quality or quantity of the product provided. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the concern professionally, he became impatient and loudly told his staff: “Listen everyone, in the future whoever orders a discounted price pizza will get a discounted quantity product, that’s it!” I found both the quality of the food and the attitude displayed extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Promotions should not mean customers receive inferior products, and such comments are unacceptable from store management. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got a caramel thickshake delivered as part of my order, and for some reason it tasted burnt. Honestly have no idea how you can burn a drink that is essentially entirely comprised of frozen soft serve. Upon calling for a refund, employee asked if I could wait to call the manager tomorrow for a refund. I responded no... and he asked me why? Like dude what do you mean????
