I had been a loyal customer of this restaurant for almost five years. I’ve come here countless times with family, friends, and colleagues from all over the world because they used to serve the best ribs I had ever tasted. As a cabin crew, I travel all over the world, spend a large part of my life staying in hotels, and dine at restaurants across every continent. Because of that, I have high standards when it comes to food quality and customer service, and this place used to be one of my favourites. Unfortunately, everything has changed recently. Prices have gone up significantly, while the quality has dropped. The ribs, once tender and juicy, are now dry, noticeably different, and nowhere near the standard this restaurant used to offer. The service has also become very poor. Most of the staff is young and inexperienced. They often ignore customers, and food is served at different times, so some people finish eating before the rest of the table has even received their meals. The most disappointing part of our visit was witnessing a family at the table in front of us accidentally drop and shatter a glass. The waiters saw exactly what happened but continued standing outside smoking instead of helping. The husband even went over to ask for assistance, yet they kept smoking. Meanwhile, the woman had to clean up the broken glass herself while the waiters simply watched and smoked. It was incredibly unprofessional and showed a complete lack of care for customers. It’s genuinely sad to see a restaurant I used to recommend to everyone decline so much. Considering the prices, the quality of the food and the level of service are simply not worth it anymore.
