Un believable They charged me 1 dollar for tap water. I came with my kids, Ordered food and coffee, ut was a very hot day. My kids asked for a cup of water and they charged me 1 dollar for the water. This is Bannanas. Never ever in my life, all over the world someone charged me for water. Definitely bad service!!!

The short lady who says she's the owner is always yelling at the guests, the employees, she's unbelievably rude for the forefront of the store. I ordered the $6 meal. My hashbrowns were soggy, my egg was still cold, and bacon undercooked, my bagel was hard. My coffee was wrong, seems like they make it a different way each time I come. I asked the lady to fix my coffee and she ignored me, I started to get angry until another employee expressed she doesn't speak English. What happened to this Dunkin Donuts? I'll be going elsewhere. Not up to the standards and friendlie experience I'm used to. The donuts to be put on the rack were set on the trash can. No thanks!! Too many DD to deal with being yelled at, charged more, wrong drinks and crappy food. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: It's way too hot to eat in the dining room.

I don’t know where to begin with just how utterly disappointing my recent experience at Dunkin' Donuts was. What should’ve been a simple coffee and donut run turned into a 30-minute test of my patience and sanity. Let’s break it down: I placed a very basic order—nothing complex, just donuts and drinks. It took a mind-numbing 30 minutes to complete. This isn’t a drive-thru, mind you—this was inside the store. During those 30 minutes, I watched employees meander around, clearly unaware of what they were doing, while customers before me and after me were getting their orders handed to them with lightning speed. It felt like I was being punished for choosing Dunkin' Donuts in the first place. And it gets worse. After waiting all that time, I finally got my order—but wait, half of it was missing. That’s right. They somehow managed to forget a part of my order, and I had to remind them to complete it. How does that even happen? Is there a system in place? Are they writing down orders on napkins? Because this level of incompetence can’t be chalked up to just a “busy day.” This is a lack of basic organization, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. The worst part? No apology, no explanation. Not even a half-hearted sorry. Dunkin', you should be ashamed of this abysmal service. I’ve had faster, more competent service at fast food chains. Your employees clearly don’t know what they're doing, and it’s costing you loyal customers. I don’t know if I’ll ever return to this location again—30 minutes for an incomplete order is beyond frustrating. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that values your time. Dunkin' Donuts should be embarrassed by this level of service. Zero stars, if I could give it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
