I tried reaching out to ask if I can have coffee and study for school, as I’m in nursing school. Because I’m currently visiting my grandmother I wanted coffee and a quiet area to do my studying. I called in advance to see if they have WiFi and asked if it’s okay for me to come in and buy coffee and study. I spoke to the manager and asked to for his name but didn’t give it to me, which I understand. But I didn’t understand why he started rambling about some lady taking up two tables. He did have a thick accent so it’s was a little difficult to understand especially with him mumbling. He ends up hanging up the phone one me which is rude. This place already has bad reviews and I can imagine why, this place definitely needs classes on customer service and new management. Very sad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
