They just implemented +$0.79 for Lite Ice, which means I'll never be going to this location again, because not all locations do this. If you do not order Lite Ice, they give you 3/4 cup of ice and 3 gulps of coffee. If you order Lite Ice, you're paying $5 for a cup, and they still might fill your cup up with mostly ice. Not to mention, every single young employee that works here will never say 'Hi' back to you no matter how many times you greet them. They just look at you with this dead look in their face, truly bizarre! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ORDERED AN ICED TEA LIGHT ICE AND WAS CHARGED .79 CENTS EXTRA FOR LIGHT ICE. SO I SAID ADD SOME ICE...SHE DUMPED OUT MY TEA IN FRONT OF ME AND FILLED IT TO THE TOP WITH ICE AND ADDED A SPLASH OF TEA FOR COLOR. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. COULD NOT EVEN GET A SORRY BUT THAT IS THE POLICY SO NEXT TIME YOU WILL KNOW. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
