Ordered a hot coffee and a donut. The lady started putting ice in my mug, and when I stopped her and said "Could I get it hot please," she said she "had it down for hot already" and proceeded to make me an iced coffee anyway. I let it go and thought maybe she meant she would heat the donut, which I hadn't asked for either, but that was cold too. Very confused and would recommend a different location. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
