I normally don't leave reviews let alone bad ones, but I need to say something. My mother went to this dunkin at 7am this morning to get a decaf coffee (she can't have caffeine because it makes her feel sick). She drank the coffee which the employee told her was decaf because that's what she ordered. But after she drank it, she felt energized at first. Then she felt dizzy, nauseus, sweating, her lips went numb, and she could barely move. She felt very sick for several hours. Dunkin, please be honest. Maybe it was a mistake, but in case it wasn't, if a customer asks for decaf and you don't have decaf coffee made, either tell the customer you don't have any or just make the decaf coffee. Do the right thing.

Stood at the counter, 5 employees, could not get a person to wait on me. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. Could not even get a "hello" or "welcome in" or "I'll be right with you!" I walked out after 3-4 minutes. One employee was on the customer side of the counter talking to the other employees. I assumed maybe she was break but not a good look! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Use to be my favorite dunkin. Would drive from Greece to gates for them. I will hard pass because today’s experience was not okay. I come from customer service background so I am patient with understaff but today March 15,2026 a Sunday was just rude: I waited in the drive through for 4-5 min with no answer. So I pulled up to the window to place my order there the guy doing the orders tells me I have to drive back around or come inside. Annoyed but I go inside. I wait behind two females to be told they are out of medium cups. I tell her I had a coupon for Medium and she shrugs her shoulder and goes oh well. Two people, no manger, young male and female with poor customer service. I do know the name below photo is all the red and behind orders Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
