Service was quick, i placed an online order. I was upset because my usual coffee order is always good but they didn’t put any syrup in my coffee at all. I asked for 3 pumps of syrup and didn’t taste like there was even a drop of syrup in there at all. It tasted like coffee mixed with cream. Never had that happen before. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

What happened to this place? Used to be great folks working here. Now it seems like a new crew every few weeks. I no fewer than four occasion I've witnessed people standing at the counter waiting for service while several kids are screwing around in the back, nowhere to be seen. Managers need to get a grip on these kids before you lose your business altogether. I hate to return to Starbucks, but you seem to be forcing me. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I came through the drive thru today. I hade a very rude person waiting on me that burnt my sandwich. & they didn’t fill the drink all the way full because i told them light on the ice. & i work at the dunkin with the same franchise and they told me since i ordered light ice they can’t fill it up all the way because of their franchise. with my sandwich she threw it out the window & was not friendly at all. its like she was in a rush. bad food & a terrible drink.
