The evening staff at the 24-25 gate terminal A location on 12/16 were very helpful for making my order that was sent to the pre security Dunkin in EWR Terminal A. The Dunkin apps location on the map is inaccurate and shows the location after the security checkpoint. This needs to be changed to avoid confusion. I think the worst Dunkin we ever had. So bad we’re just done giving all Dunkins a chance at this point. The coffee was flavored water topped with a BRICK of ice. Didn’t add a donut we paid for because they “ran out” of the one we wanted So they just offered nothing? Looked at me crazy when I said we’d like ANY donut rather than NO donut. Does that not make sense or do I live on Mars? Insane experience. At least it gave us a laugh. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
