I never leave reviews like this but something needs to be done. Don’t have the option to pick order up in lobby if lobby is shut down. Service here is hardly ever good. Don’t understand why it’s so hard for these people to just be kind. Manager is rude and needs to work on customer service skills. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff was rude. Food was wrong and wasn’t cooked. When brought to their attention, staff was dismissive and acted as though it was “normal” for the sandwich to be cold because their cheese comes in frozen. Staff was not going to remake my -still cold- sandwich until I insisted that they do. Our “quick” drive thru stop ended up taking us 30 minutes even though there were no other customers in the store. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dunkin' is my go-to when I need a fast coffee and something sweet. Their coffee always hits the spot. It’s perfect when you just need a quick breakfast or a little afternoon boost. Seriously, though, the staff at this Dunkin' are rockstars! They're always smiling, super friendly, and they make my day a little brighter, even when I'm just grabbing a quick coffee.
