A good barista not just prepares great coffee but also has a good etiquette of talking to the customers. Unfortunately, the staff at Dunkin was not very respectful which leaves the customers upset regardless of how their order is prepared, it's something they remember and the company's reputation goes down with it. Kindly ensure the staff is well spoken and professional with customers. Food: 4 Service: 1
