Today at around 3:30 PM, we had a very bad experience with an employee named Mark (Filipino, not sure if this is his real name). He treated my brother in a very disrespectful and rude way for no reason. My brother only wanted to add some donuts to his order, but the employee blamed him and reacted aggressively, which was completely unacceptable. I also noticed that many Arabic reviews mention similar issues with this same employee. This shows that the problem is repeated and should not be ignored. The management team should take immediate action regarding this behavior. Service: 1
