We’ve tried their cup cakes many time but I want to indicate that their big occasions cake are very tasty and well designed. Prices are acceptable as well. Everyone loved the designed of the graduation that I have ordered. It was Vanilla & red velvet from inside. Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered my son's birthday cake from your store at a cost of approximately 1,000 SAR. Before placing the order and making the payment, I checked your online store and confirmed that the store opens at 2:00 PM. During the ordering process, I was informed that the cake would be available for pickup at 5:00 PM. I explained that my son's birthday party was scheduled to start at 3:00 PM and that the cake was a central part of the celebration. I was assured that while there was no formal guarantee the cake would arrive before 5:00 PM, it would usually be ready by then. To avoid any issues, I contacted the store repeatedly over three consecutive days and was reassured that the cake would be available no later than 5:00 PM. Based on these assurances, I made arrangements for the party, including booking the venue and coordinating other event-related services around the promised pickup time. I sent a driver to collect the cake at 5:00 PM, but it was not ready. The driver waited until 5:10 PM, then 5:20 PM, and still nothing had arrived. The cake was eventually collected around 5:30 PM. As a result of this delay, the party schedule was significantly disrupted. The children spent a long time waiting for the cake, became tired and frustrated, and an important part of my son's birthday celebration was negatively affected. This was especially disappointing given the advance planning, the cost of the order, and the repeated confirmations I received from your team. I filed a complaint expecting a meaningful resolution. However, the only response I received was an apology stating that the road was closed. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, this explanation does not adequately address the inconvenience, disruption, and disappointment caused by the delay. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and believe that the service provided fell well below the expectations created by the assurances given before the event. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed properly and that appropriate compensation and corrective action be considered. Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
