Every time I come to this Dutch bros the staff is excellent. Super sweet and helpful! My drink is always made exactly how I want it. Katie and Izzy do such a great job and always find a way to help me try new drinks that match my vibe! I am a loyal Dutch Bros customer until my reward points started missing! I visited on 5/18/ 2026. On 5/26/2026 my points exxpired ! I drive a long distance just to go there when there is a 7 Brew around the corner! Please check my points history!I have to say the team is professional and cordial! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Yesterday I went to Dutch Bros coffee in Rio Rancho,NM on Unser blvd. The cashier (did not get his name) threw me off by saying “welcome to chili’s” this made my morning. It was different, refreshing, and uplifting. He asked about my plans, what I do for a living, etc. it felt good to have a small interaction on the level. I hope he keeps it up, and knows that he made me feel like I mattered in that small moment. Thank you guy at the window. ❤️
