Always love me a Dutch Bros when we travel. We dont have one in Montana. Always friendly, upbeat and best coffee.

I guess there is always a first time ..it taste spoiled. I always order the same drink hazelnut truffle mocha medium iced and add whip and chocolate drizzle as well as the soft top and caramel it already comes with I been coming to this location for years . Today as usual same order . I received a plain and one with just whip and chocolate I explain my order and the guy said ok I’ll charge u to fix it . I pay then he refuses to fix the second one and tells me it’s not his problem he didn’t take the order ! WHAT Seriously?!?!? I drove away disappointed and very mad to his response . Long blond hair and glasses. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

normally when i go here service is fast and nice! but this time i came there was one car in line they just kept chatting with forever. the dutch bros worker would glance back at us but just continue talking to the other person in line. we thought they’d eventually take our order after waiting for a while, but they didn’t so we ended up leaving sadly. maybe i’ll go to 7brew instead
