Came here on a Friday night and the place was pumping!! Honestly been meaning to come here for ages and finally got here. So glad to see this place in the neighbourhood, and for them to be thriving. One of the best cocktails I have had in a while. Cocktails were perfectly balanced, strong and reasonably priced. We left much earlier than we wanted to (after a drink) because the music was too loud (we were probably 3 tables away) and could not only hear ourselves but actually hurt. Might be worth looking at some noice insulation panels or lowering the music. Great vibe otherwise, DJ, food, alcohol, just incredible !

This is a gin distillery gem in the midst of unassuming Mitcham. Service was impeccable. Presentation of our cocktails, perfect. Yet, the food is what you need to pay a visit for. Lamb skewers, Eggplant skewers, oysters, Ravioli, Sausage, Whipped lentils. Absolutely amazing. One downside, we shared our cocktails and food with dear friends, and on a Sunday night the kitchen closes very early. We would have tried everything on the menu, so divine. Booked at 1815, kitchen closes around 1930. Such ashame,

We spent our Mother’s Day lunch at Dutch Rules Distillery, and honestly, it turned into such a beautiful experience from the moment we walked in. The ambience instantly draws you in — stylish, modern fine dining vibes mixed with a relaxed warmth that makes you want to stay for hours. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the whole afternoon feel extra special without being over the top. It felt like the perfect place to slow down, enjoy good company, and celebrate the day properly. Of course, I couldn’t resist exploring their cocktail menu, and my favourite was definitely the “What The Doctor Ordered” cocktail — literally exactly what the doctor ordered for my cocktail belly Smooth, creative, and way too easy to enjoy lol. Their gin selection absolutely did not disappoint either, and the new food menu is honestly out of this world. The food selection was absolutely spot on — every single dish felt like its own little experience and genuinely amazed me. You can really tell there’s passion, creativity, and attention to detail behind everything they serve. I also loved the subtle touch of Ceylon vibes throughout the venue, which added such a unique charm and character to the whole experience. By the end of lunch, it felt less like just dining out and more like discovering one of those places you instantly know you’ll come back to again. A perfect spot for modern family drinks, celebrations, or simply enjoying quality cocktails and food in a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
