We are seasoned travelers (currently on a two month trip) and these notes are shared to help other seniors who expect the level of service a 4 star hotel should provide. First off, it is definitely not worth the Google rating of 4 stars. If you need assistance with your bags, it is not offered, and with no apologies or suggestions. Most hotels within the medinas, offer luggage assistance from the outer street. At check in, we were not informed or shown any of the amenities, including breakfast information, spa, etc., unlike our previous 5 hotels in Morocco. We had hot water issues and the manager was less than concerned. The room was dark and with steps within the room, you can trip easily. When I tried to explain any of this, the communication was difficult. Service: 1

We had a wonderful stay at Euphoriad Rabat. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and full of authentic charm in a perfect location. A special thank you to Hajar, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Her kindness and care made our stay feel extra special. The food was delicious, the staff was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was just lovely. I am definitely going back with all my family! We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place. Excellent choice for anyone looking for an intimate corner of Rabat. Beautiful settings, quiet, personalised service and very close to the old quarter. Definitely a must-experience.
