Couldn’t find the place , possibly a pop up stand for farmers market just wanted to leave a review in case anyone went out of their way like I did and couldn’t find the place . Left 5 stars since I diddnt want to mess with their current rating

As someone who considers breakfast sandwiches the basic currency of American cuisine, I want to be clear: The Egg Man makes the best breakfast sandwiches in the Capital Region aka upstate aka in the Hudson River Valley. The freshest ingredients, hearty-but-never-excessive sandwiches, and creative specials... Like, serious upstate food minds will spend *years* trying to hack the breakfast sandwich market and never come close to what The Egg Man whips up each week. He's the master of the fried egg -- they're always done just right. He's the Lionel Messi of breakfast sandwiches -- and it's an appropriate comparison because he made me an Argentinian breakfast sandwich with steak + eggs + chimichurri that blew my mind. He's the maestro. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
