Food was phenomenal. I had a great omelette and upgraded to one of the fancy menu pancakes. My date had lemon with blueberry pancakes as well and both were top notch. However, the venue itself left a fair amount to be desired. ‘It was crazy busy and very loud when I went. Hard to get my server’s attention and when I asked about my funny tasting Diet Coke she insisted it was fine. I wasn’t charged for it but it was still kind of a bummer. (I tipped 20% but I usually prefer to tip much better). Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This was our second time coming to Eggstasy. The first time was in Nortara, which was great all around. However, the Phoenix location needs some training in personalty. No a single smile in the entries building. It appears that the manager was working at the bar and she didnt seem to thrilled with life either. Server gave us bare minimum service to get us in and out of the restaurant in record time. She basically did everything but pull us out of our seats. All so they could go home in 30 mins at 2:30. We got there at 1:30, being pushing out the door at just a couple minutes past 2. Kitchen help apparently need to be retraining in food handling as one of the staff, a younger girl was making up butter dishes while requesting more butter containers. She lifted up the back of her shirt showing her back and rest her hand on her back side then gets the containers from the cook and continues working. Doesn't sounds like much but working in a restaurant you get sweaty and the purpose of gloves is to keep things sanitary. Touching your back and butt is not great.
