If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. Shake shack has been one of my favorite places to get a burger but today as I was waiting I watch multiple cooks touch their hair face and other personal items then continue to cook and serve food with out changing gloves. I also watch one female employee sucking on her thumb behind the line. I got a full refund due to the contamination of their food. I will never be returning to any location. If it’s acceptable at one it’s acceptable at all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was enjoying my burger but ended up chewing on balled up paper stuck between my patty. I’ve never had an issue eating here before but this was pretty off putting and disgusting. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

I had the baby back rib sandwhich. It was tasty but had very little meat between the buns. It cost over $14 with tax for this minature sandwhich. About 40% of the bun had not Meat in it. It was still a tasty vegetarian sandwhich. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
