El Apapacho continues to be one of our "go-to" spots. Even though we try our best to order something different each time, our all-time favorite is the Cazuela de Res del Estado de Mexico. On this trip, we were fortunate enough to be in time for the seasonal Chiles en Nogada (WOW!) AND our favorite dish. Just had to share the before and after photos . . . not a single drop left on the plates! The next week we brought our tour group so they could enjoy the delights of Yucatecan food "hecho con amor!" Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
