Friendly staff. They’re truly pleasant to interact with. Now on to the critique. Highly variable quality. Half of the burritos I’ve had over the past several visits have had torn tortillas when I opened them. The biggest issue that led me to review was trying their new tenders. They’re absolutely horrible and extremely expensive for what they are. $8.50 for three tiny, overly breaded tenders, no thank you. I will eat here again, but avoid the tenders. They are terrible. I can ways count on a satisfying chicken filled meal from el pollo loco. The chicken is always grilled to perfection and the sides are flavorful. Huge fan of the guacamole salsa too. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
