Very underwhelmed and frankly grossed out. 1. Cook seen eating while preparing food for customers. 2. Creamers out of date and were clumpy. 3. Service was poor. 4. Food served cold. 5. Food bland. I don't make bad reviews often at all, but only when deserved. I'm saddened IHOP, at least this location, served this poorly. Did speak out about issues, but not even was offered partial refund or apology. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20

I ordered an omelette and it was absolutely terrible and uneditable. The egg was overcooked and it was very difficult to speak with the server and anybody else's as nobody speaks English there. I didn't want to complain because I knew they would do something to my food so I asked for a box and took it out to my dog who was waiting in the car. He absolutely refused to even eat a bite. I spent good money at this place and even tipped well and left very hungry. I left quite grossed out too because the smell in there and the cleanliness is not the best either. I will never go back there again because I don't have the money to just throw away. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
