Dined in here for a late dinner. There were handful of workers in the back and quite a few guests and families in the dining room which was very well kept. The lady working the cashier was friendly. Food came out hot and with 5 minutes. Ordered the double chicken avocado bowl which was fabulous, worth it, and fresh. Best El Pollo Loco location I have visited. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2 out of my three most recent orders from this location have been missing items. last time I was shorted a taco, this time of the 7 items on the order 4 were missing. both in the drive through. inspect each drive through order carefully is my advice: this location has an odd habit of leaving paid items out. The phone goes to voicemail each time I have called Price per person: $10–20

This is hands down the best Pollo Loco in Reno..... food is always on point, friendly employees, and very polite. I will drive out of my way to go to this specific location.
