Simply ordered a large sweet tea and French fries. Took over 10 minutes to receive my order. Only two other patrons in the entire restaurant Price per person: $1–10

Waited almost an hour for my food that I had ordered before I left home. Expecting it to be ready or close when I got there but still had to wait. I was told that they were not robots and were short-staffed and had been busy as the excuse when I expressed my frustration that it took almost an hour for chicken nuggets and fries. Then they assured me the food was fresh and everything was there. I got home not a single condiment that I asked for there. No ketchup, no dipping sauce for the nuggets, not one condiment . Also the fries were definitely not fresh, tasted old, was hard and very bland no salt on them at all. I did taste the fries as soon as I got out of the parking lot but at this point I had three little girls at home waiting for their food so I was not going to go back. The lady I spoke with offered me a fried pie which I declined because I would never eat anything like that, a drink or perhaps a discount on a future order would have been more appropriate but a fried pie that cost them .20 cents is not compensation for this kind of situation more of an insult to injury. I'm so tired of hearing, short-staffed. I ran a business in the Reno area for 5 years and I do understand short staff but it's not an excuse for every occasion and that seems the excuse used in every case now in a service industry. Also, I saw at least 6 employees and 6 employees to me if used properly is not short-staffed, I would have been more forgiving if I'd seen 2 or 3 people, but I saw at least six. I'm guessing there were more I didn't see. If anybody is wondering, I live 6 to 7 minutes from the store so with the time I waited in line and the time it took for them to acknowledge me at the speaker in the Drive-Thru it had been about 10 to 12 minutes. I then had to wait another 40 plus minutes because they had me pull around. At no point did I become belligerent or raise my voice when passing on my frustration about it taking almost an hour for chicken nuggets and fries. I constantly have issues with this McDonald's. Always running late. And I've waited 20+ minutes for an iced coffee and fry. And I asked why they made it smaller than last time the employee was just like idk. It depends on location. This exact location has gotten it correct before. So it varies by the time and employees not the location? Didn't provide a solution or anything. Im fine with an answer if it made sense. But I ordered the exact same thing and they can't be consistent with it Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
