Wonderful experience dining here with great atmosphere and food. We particularly enjoyed the mango prawn masala, aubergine achari baingan and peshawari naan :) Price per person: €50–60

Went there for my birthday dinner and had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly. Ordered the mango lassi, daal chaat, dahi bhalle, malai kofta, rogan josh, kulfi and gulab jamun. All of it was very tasty. Definitely recommend going there for a good experience. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We chose to visit Ela Ranelagh for their vegetarian options. In many places, vegetarian meals are just the standard curries sans-meat, but Ela Ranelagh’s dishes are thoughtfully curated, which is nice to see. My partner had the Achari Baingan, which tasted incredible. Would strongly recommend to anybody regardless of preference. I went for the tikka masala, which was excellent. The wine was lovely, as were the poppadoms & naan - both tasted freshly made. Service was brilliant; the host was lovely - chatty and attentive. Atmosphere was great too. Will definitely be visiting again next time we’re in Dublin. We unfortunately enjoyed the food too much and forgot to take any photos.
