Once the promenade around the Nicolas G. Hayek Center is over, visit Emit Fishbar. Cooks at this restaurant do their best to provide guests with tasty fried oysters, soup and spaghetti carbonara. You will hardly forget good wine that you can degust.
The courteous staff reflects the style and character of Emit Fishbar. Professional service is something that people note in their reviews. Pay democratic prices for eating at this place. The charming atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But this spot hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I ate oysters here and within hours I was violently ill — nonstop vomiting (to the point I was throwing up bile), explosive diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, and severe dehydration. It lasted three nights. I ended up in the hospital on an IV drip because I couldn’t even keep water down. Doctors told me it was consistent with food poisoning / norovirus. Looking back, the oysters tasted off — not fresh, slightly metallic, and strange. I ignored it in the moment. Huge mistake. On top of that, I personally saw cockroaches in the restaurant. That alone should have been my sign to leave. This wasn’t just “feeling unwell.” This was hospital-level sickness. No meal is worth what I went through. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was there for the raw oysters, and also ordered a bowl of clam chowder. Both were good but I didn't feel comfortable giving a full five stars for the food because I only had two of the items on the varied menu. The service was quick and competent, I have just a few small issues that are frankly not even worth mentioning. I will mention that the clam chowder would go much better with oyster crackers rather than saltines. After all, it is an oyster bar. Having the genuine article to go with the rather delicious clam chowder would just make the experience that much more perfect. It's not terribly difficult to find but please note that it's a smaller restaurant on the 6th floor of a high-end shopping center. In addition it's behind Eataly, and sandwiched between Tsutaya Books Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My wife and I recently dined at Emit Fishbar Oyster & Grill in GINZA SIX and had a great time. Sitting at the counter gave the meal a lively yet relaxed vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. We enjoyed an excellent oyster lineup — fresh raw oysters, anchovy butter, Rockefeller, grilled uni, and fried oysters — all delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Shrimp cocktail, caprese, and aglio e olio rounded things out nicely, and everything paired perfectly with a bottle of wine. Great food, great service, and an easygoing atmosphere — a wonderful recent dinner we’d happily repeat. Price per person: ¥8,000–9,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
