There is sadly no customer service. No greeting when you enter. No idea where to place an order. Asked for an onion bagel and was told to get a bag from the shelf. Seems the focus is on catering, not walk in orders. Could be so much better. Maybe a better manager?

My family and I had Dell's Market & Deli cater my daughter's birthday party. They did an amazing job. people were asking where we catered from. The marinated chicken dish was a hit,same with the sausage and pepper dish,pasta,and cheese platter.
