Giorni fa sono entrato semplicemente per prendere un caffè, ma mi sono trovato davanti a un atteggiamento davvero poco professionale. Al momento del pagamento, ho detto che avrei pagato con la carta e la persona alla cassa si è innervosita, dicendo in tono scocciato: “Se paghi con la carta me lo devi dire prima”, come se avessi fatto qualcosa di sbagliato. Il messaggio implicito era che forse, sapendolo prima, non mi avrebbero nemmeno servito. Siamo nel 2025 e un pagamento con carta non dovrebbe essere un problema, tantomeno motivo di fastidio verso il cliente. Di certo non tornerò! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
