Savor Mediterranean food that will combine many elements of culinary traditions. Nothing can be better than trying perfectly cooked pasta, crab toasts and crabs. Some clients recommend delicious fino sherry at this bar.

Good vibes in this new spot in a refurb’s hotel lobby. Place has a loungey comfortable aesthetic in the main dining room with lots of booths, and a cool front bar room with more seating. Loved the Vodka O’s, endive salad, tomato bread (w bread from GetRights) and the pistachio shortbread dessert. Lots else to try and intrigued by the late menu options (from 9-11p) and plans for more live music on the patio. Will be back Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Solid new option on Colfax. Signage isn’t awesome, but look for the hotel and then get ready to be surprised. Well done interior and it seems they’re settling in nicely. The flavor profiles are well balanced, while still existing. Vegetarian options aplenty, and their house white wine is phenomenal. Excited to see how they continue to develop the atmosphere and menu. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Ask your server for vegetarian options!

I’m always seeking new phenomenal restaurants here in Denver and this has become my #1 spot. I’ve been back twice since my first time two weeks ago and each time I’m just as blown away. Highly recommend BOTH pasta dishes and the sardine toast, though everything I’ve had is great. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed. Can’t say enough good things about Fino!
