It is difficult to rediscover the authentic flavors of one's homeland for a woman from Bari who lives in Rome. I found some of them in Filodilatte. The cured meats, focaccias, panzerotti, friselle and desserts are delicious. The onion calzone and stracciatella could be improved. However, it is a relaxing, peaceful environment. The gazebo and the internal layout are beautiful. The staff is kind, friendly and tries to satisfy customers' needs. I will definitely come back.
