First time visiting Filoxenia for breakfast and the service was great from the start! They easily catered to my dietary requirements. Highly recommend the poached eggs and mushrooms. I will definitely be returning!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to Filoxenia with a friend last night after randomly choosing a restaurant in Bromley and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, I loved the atmosphere. The decor is beautiful, with a stunning feature wall and the cutest lamps throughout the restaurant that make it feel so warm and inviting. I ordered the sea bass, and it was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked with crispy skin, served alongside delicious potatoes and a spinach salad with a dressing I couldn’t get enough of! I legit ate every bite Considering the quality of the food and the lovely ambience, it was also very reasonably priced. I would 100% return and now that I’ve heard they serve brunch too, they’ll probably be seeing me again sooner rather than later! We visited Filoxenia today on a whim and without a booking. We were seated not even 5 minutes after arriving and initially noticed how beautiful and clean the decor and environment was. Despite having to wait for menus for longer than a table that had come after us, they made up for it with the drinks that were 10/10! We ordered the “pastrami open toast” that was unreal! The flavours were amazing and it was just right to share or even one each lol - it was that yummy! For mains I ordered the chicken gyros and I appreciated how they were deconstructed and not falling all over the place. My friend ordered pancakes that were probably the softest pancakes I’ve ever tasted! Overall we had a wicked lunch and paid £50 for everything. We will definitely be back.
