Really nice people, but honestly the worst oxtail I've ever had in my life. It was dry to a point that I didn't think it was possible. It was literally rock hard and difficult to chew. We felt very uncomfortable complaining about it so we just threw it out. When the owner came up to us and asked us how everything, we told him that the oxtail was not that great. Rather than take the feedback, he made a snarky comment and said well you ate it didn't you? I found that very rude because it's not like we asked for a replacement or a refund, he was the one who asked how it was. Next time take the feedback, especially when you are the one who asked.
