Finn's Seafood Chops Cocktails is an absolute must-visit in Victoria. Located right on the shore of the bay, the views are stunning, especially when paired with the restaurant's unique and interesting Middle Ages-inspired interior design. It creates a truly memorable dining experience. But the ambiance is only the beginning. I'm a big oyster fan, and the oysters at Finn's were hands down the best I've had in Victoria. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly shucked. Beyond the oysters, I also tried the seafood pasta, and it completely blew my mind. The seafood was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection, and the pasta itself was delicious. Everything about the dish was just chef's kiss. From the beautiful location and atmosphere to the exceptional food, Finn's delivers a top-notch dining experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back.
