We used them for food for our daughter’s birthday party in the community centre next door. They hand delivered it bang on time, everyone said it was lovely & they also catered for Gluten free. Thank you we will be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered pizza, received emails to say order confirmed, following email saying out for delivery. Over an hour later no pizza has arrived. Phoned Wouldham store and apparently they have no record or an order in my name or with the order number they provided. Unable to offer a refund! Appalling customer service. If you want to throw money away use Fireaway Wouldham! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
